Happy Halloween!

Halloween was so much fun this year! We did the usual....the kids put on their costumes and we took them trick-or-treating around the neighborhood. Reagan dressed up like a Devil (cutest one you've ever seen) and Mason, after some nagging, dressed up as a Clone Trooper (like every other boy in the free world). He wanted to be a Marine for the fourth year in a row but I just had to put my foot down. Seriously! When I look back at old Halloween pictures, I have to determine what year it was by Reagan's costume!! I can't blame him though. He does look darn cute in his cammies (just like his daddy!).

I made her tutu!!

So, Adrian and I don't typically dress up, but this year we decided to get into the spirit. We went as racial stereotypes. Get it??

Trunk or Treat

Tonight at JPS we had our first ever "Trunk or Treat." I planned and organized the event (with help from my fellow PTA ladies, of course!) and it was a HUGE success! Parents decorated their trunks and kids were able to Trick-or-Treat from trunk to trunk. Over 400 kids plus their families came out. I have NEVER handed out candy so FAST in my entire life!! Mason had to miss out on all the fun because of football practice. Hey, push-ups and Oklahoma drills are fun too!

My Trunk, scary, huh?

Here Goes Nothin'

So it's official......I am now a blogger. Living what feels like millions of miles from our families and having friends scattered to the four corners of the earth, I find it hard to keep track of everyone, and to let everyone know what we've been up to. I have a MySpace page, and it is a fascinating waste of time, but it just doesn't do it for me. So just for fun, I thought I'd start a blog about our family's super thrilling day to day activities. Please, if you find yourself falling asleep or gouging your own eyes out from boredom, go do something else! Seriously! We're not that exciting.

Anyway, check in regularly to view the hilarious saga of a motovated Marine Dad, a volunteer addicted, stay-at-home but never at home Mom and our two B.R.A.T.s, Mason and Reagan.
